From strategy to concept to execution, our retail design team was tasked with the launch of Fire TV’s first premium QLED television. The ask was paired with the launch of the Fire TV Brand Wall, a high visibility placement within the home theater section of Best Buy.

Video was a central component of the new fixture and critical to the customer journey. It had to attract customers in a busy, competitive environment, and engage them to show off the color, clarity, and contrast – aspects of picture quality that drive purchase as customers make side-by-side comparisons with other TVs.

STACKED VIDEO MOMENTS

Working closely with an outside agency specializing in CG animation, we created high-impact moments where visual elements waterfall across stacked displays to maximize the attract from a distance. The team carefully crafted these moments, so that the same video would be captivating in individual display settings as well.

Our design team also created a set of printed graphics, an interactive touch screen, and demo components for an interactive customer experience where customers could ask Alexa to control their TV experience in-store.
