ECHO SHOW DEMO DESIGN
The in-store demo – Attract Loop, Landing Menu, and Content Modules – is a key educational experience and conversion driver for Echo Show devices. I led a team to use customer insights from shop-alongs, A/B testing, and focus groups to create a new scalable design system to optimize content for customers and lower production lift.
ATTRACT LOOP
The goal of this looping video is to be eye-catching from a distance and prompt the customer to engage with the device and demo. The original video scrolled through a detailed product overview and resulted in limited engagement. Our team created and tested three styles of Attract Loops.
LANDING MENU
We redesigned the landing menu taking visual cues from the native UI and created a system that could adapt and scale from 5 to 15 inch screens. We gave special consideration to readability on the smallest device which had been an issue with the past design.
CONTENT MODULES
The content architecture allows go-to-market teams to develop device-specific marketing assets such as a product overview video, but also leverage Echo family shared music and partner content to allow customers to make sound and screen comparisons in-store.
